Our Story

Welcome to the Heart of Mizoria
Hello, and welcome to our family. I’m Brian, and my life’s work has always been about protection and service as a firefighter. While my days are spent on the front lines keeping our community safe, my wife, Emily, spends hers in the workshop, pouring her soul into handcrafted artistry.
We’ve always believed that the best things in life are built on a foundation of care—care for our neighbors, care for our environment, and care for the creatures we share this world with. Now, we are bringing our two worlds together right here on Mizoria.

Two Paths, One Purpose
In my line of work, every day is a reminder of how fragile and precious life is. Whether it’s answering an emergency call to help a family in distress or rescuing a frightened animal, my duty is to protect.
Emily shares that exact same compassion, but she expresses it through her hands. As an independent artisan, she creates beautiful, folk-inspired pieces meant to bring life and joy into your home and garden. Every single piece she crafts—from charming wooden birdhouses and bee blossoms to handcrafted butterfly homes—is made with an immense love for nature. We both believe that every living thing, no matter how small, deserves a safe and beautiful place to call home.
Why We Brought Her Crafts to Mizoria
For a long time, Emily has shared her incredible handmade goods directly with a community of craft lovers. But as Mizoria has grown, we realized something special: our store isn't just about selling products; it's about sharing a lifestyle built on warmth, quality, and connection.
By bringing her handmade crafts to Mizoria, we are ensuring that every piece you purchase ships directly from her hands to yours. No massive factories, no algorithms—just real people making things for people (and our feathered and winged friends, too!).
Our Promise to You
When you shop with us, you are supporting a family that values hard work, community, and the beauty of handmade art. Whether you're here to find the perfect tin garden wind spinner, a shelter for the wildlife in your backyard, or simply something that tells a story, you'll find it here.
Thank you for supporting our mission, our craft, and our family.
With warmth and gratitude,
Brian & Emily
